Justin Robinson is a media composer, audiovisual artist and recording engineer active in the Swiss and German scene. He has headed the technical department of the New Music Festival Klangwerkstatt Berlin since 2021 and currently teaches Max/MSP and Producing at the Hanns Eisler University Berlin. His audiovisual compositions have been shown at the Venice Biennale, Ars Electronica, Zeiträume Basel, and the Akademie der Künste Berlin, among others.
His works include compositions for chamber music, orchestra, and the combination of acoustic instruments with electronic synthesis.

 

 

 

Justin Robinson ist ein in der schweizer und deutschen Szene aktiver Medien-Komponist, Audiovisueller Künstler und Recording-Engineer. Seit 2021 leitet er das technische Department des Neue Musik Festivals Klangwerkstatt Berlin und unterrichtet zurzeit Max/MSP und Musikproduktion an der Hanns Eisler Musikhochschule zu Berlin. Seine Audiovisuellen Kompositionen liefen unter anderem in der Biennale Venedig, Ars Electronica, Zeiträume Basel und in der Akademie der Künste Berlin.

Seine Werke umfassen Kompositionen für Kammermusik, Orchester, sowie die Verbindung akustischer Instrumente mit Elektronischer Synthese.
